NT-proBNP ELISA Kit （Cat.No.SK-1204）

為什么要檢測NT-proBNP ？

NT-proBNP是 proBNP分解后的76氨基酸片段。proBNP是心臟為彌補收縮無力而增大時，心壁被拉伸時由心臟釋放到血液中的化學(xué)物質(zhì)。一旦從心臟釋放到血液中，proBNP就會分割為NT-proBNP和BNP。由于NT-proBNP的半衰期為120min，相比之下，BNP的半衰期僅20min。所以NT-proBNP可追蹤的時間可達24h而BNPzui多可監(jiān)測的時間為1h。因此，檢測血清/血漿中的NT-proBNP穩(wěn)定性更好，檢測結(jié)果更可靠，是有效的心衰檢測工具。
